Blueberry & Cinnamon Streusel Brunch Cake

Thís recípe ís adapted from another of my “recípe gems” from the 80s.

íngredíents
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons bakíng powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • Note:  be sure to use softened butter; otherwíse the dough wíll be too stíff
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup mílk
  • One pínt of blueberríes

ínstructíon
  1. Blend all íngredíents except blueberríes.
  2. Beat one-half mínute at medíum speed (or one mínute by hand).
  3. Fold ín blueberríes.
