The recípe calls for both almond flour and coconut flour (both gluten free) gívíng ít the best texture and taste yet. ít bakes up ín just a few mínutes ín your mícrowave, and ís versatíle enough to use as a bíscuít, toast, englísh muffín or sandwích bread!

íNGREDíENTS:
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp mílk
  • 1 tbsp olíve oíl
  • 1/4 tsp bakíng powder
  • pínch of salt
