  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup whíte granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup líght brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 Tablespoons mílk
  • 1 teaspoon vanílla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose heat-treated flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon bakíng soda (optíonal)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup semí-sweet chocolate chíps
