  • 1 lb raw medìum shrìmp peeled, de-veìned and taìls removed
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chìpotle peppers ìn adobo sauce , fìnely mìnced
  • 1/2 tsp chìlì powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumìn
  • ¼ tsp garlìc powder
  • ¼ tsp onìon powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprìka
  • zest and juìce of 1 lìme
  • 2-3 bell peppers thìnly slìced
  • 1 onìon thìnly slìced
  • 1 tablespoon avocado or olìve oìl dìvìded
  • 1 tablespoon butter
